Affirmations for Postive Life Changing Effect
Affirmations are positive life-changing statements that affirm a new belief or new outlook on life. They work by continuously repeating a positive statement to immerse your thinking in positive concepts and ideas that help change your thought structures (beliefs). New discoveries in atomic physics have proven that we, and everything else in this world, is made up of pure energy. This energy is held together and manipulated by thought. These manipulated thoughts create matter, events, and grand opportunities.

Whatever we think, we create. If you change your beliefs you will automatically change your thoughts, which then change your life - your health, your body, your talents, your income, your success, your level of wealth, and your level of joy. Affirmations are one of the most powerful ways to create unlimited wealth, health, success, and joy. They can be general or be structured to achieve a specific outcome.

Work with one of more affirmations every day, but no more than three or four at a time. The best times to repeat affirmations are before sleeping and first thing when you awake, or when you are feeling depressed or discouraged. Continue working with affirmations until they become ingrained in your thought structures. You will know this when your mind responds positively to your affirmations and you begin to experience the intended results. Affirmations should be repeated for at least 30 uninterrupted days to be truly effective.

Affirmations should:

  • Be in present tense. “Soon I will have more peace in my life, and I well become happier”, will be more effective when written as “I now feel more peace and joy in my life”, or “I feel peace more peace and joy in my life, now”.
  • Be written in the first, second, and third person. I, Matt, am increasing my wealth everyday. You, Matt, are increasing your wealth everyday. He, Matt, is increasing his wealth everyday. Writing in the second and third person is important as your conditioning from others came to you this way.
    Always include your name. “I, Matt, now feel more peace and joy in my life”. This is important as it personalises and empowers the affirmation.
  • Be short, easy to remember, and upbeat. “I, Matthew, now feel sweet, joyous, peace”. Removing specifics such as “tomorrow” or in “your life” etc, so that the affirmation covers a broader aspect of your life. IE feeling sweet joyous peace in your life and other’s lives, ALL the time.
  • Be focussed. If you are using affirmations to focus on a particular problem, make sure you focus on the positive outcome and not negatively on the problem itself. Use the above four points to edit your affirmation. For example “I, Matt, will not be stressed out or feel under pressure at work tomorrow” would be more effective as “I, Matt, am an efficient, confident, and relaxed, worker” or even better “I, Matt, am relaxed, confident, and efficient, all the time” or “I, Matt” am relaxed, confident, and efficient, NOW”. (If you are going to repeat this affirmation, then why restrict it to just work – change it so that it can cover many aspects of your life).

For the first 7 days of your affirmations, it is very powerful to write your affirmations down. Divide a sheet of paper into two columns. In the left column, write your affirmation, in the right column, note any feelings and thoughts that accompany the affirmation (fear, anger, doubt, thoughts of failure or success, etc). This will help you identify the thought structures that are "fighting" your affirmations, and then you can release them (I release this thought structure (belief) from by being, now). Do this 20 times for each affirmation, once a day, for 7 days, and then move onto just thinking your affirmation. It is advisable to stop using the negative thought column after a week, so as to stop indulging the negative thought structures that come up.

After 7 days of writing your affirmations, you can move onto using a recording of your affirmations. Record each affirmation about ten times (slowly and with gaps) so you have time to think about them. Use a tape recorder or Walkman that has a repeat play function on it, so you can loop the recording over and over again. The great advantage of recordings is that they can be played continuously in the background while you are working or sleeping. The affirmations will be absorbed by your subconscious mind wether you are listening or not, and is very effective.

Don't forget that thought structures such as "affirmations don't work", or "this is hopeless, I will never succeed/get better/win etc" are all very powerful affirmations as well. You choose whether you want positive or negative affirmations in your life. If you don't believe in positive affirmations, then try negative thought patterns and see what happens to your life.

Use your intuition always when choosing from a list of affirmations. Note the affirmations that give you the greatest emotional reaction, or the ones that you have the most resistance too as these are the affirmations that you should consider choosing. Below is a small list of affirmations that I have chosen to help get you started and to assist you in formulating your own. POWERFUL AFFIRMATIONS: The 1st 4 affirmations listed below are the most powerful of all affirmations. In fact, I believe the only affirmation you will ever need to use is #1 - "I love and approve of myself".
95% of dramas in life are caused by people not loving and accepting their SELF. This includes sickness, disease, lack, emotional problems, failure, depression, accidents, etc. This one affirmation will dramatically improve your life.

It will help you with: cease bad habits, improve your relationships, manifest more abundance in your life, create unlimited wealth and success, improve your health, fight disease, clarify your life-journey, heal depression and anger, promote joy and True Happiness.
