ORDERS
- Wholesale orders are only available to verified businesses with a valid ABN (Australian Business Number) or verified international business clients.
- Wholesale is NOT available to the general public.
- Minimum order is 10 books.
- Once we have confirmed your order, we will invoice you for the total cost of items and shipping
- Once your invoice has been paid (PayPal, Visa, MasterCard) we will process and ship your order immediately.
- Orders will NOT be shipped until invoice has been processed and/or funds cleared (echeques).

PAYMENTS (PAYPAL & CREDIT CARD)
- Terms are payment in advance via PayPal™ invoice (includes Visa, MasterCard. AMEX, Discovery, ECheque).
- Once we have confirmed your order, we will invoice you for the total cost of all items, fees and shipping
- Once your invoice has been paid (PayPal™, Visa, MasterCard) we will process and ship your order immediately

- The payment description "LifeSkillsA" or "LifeSkillsAustralia" will appear on your bank statement
- Payment of the PayPal wholesale invoice implies that you agree to be bound to and comply with the wholesale terms and conditions and agree to be bound to and comply with all third party shipping, transport, handling, and storage arrangements including all associated import/export/shipping regulations specific to your country.
AUSTRALIA ORDERS (ABN & GST)
- Life Skills Australia is an Australian business. Consequently all Australian wholesale orders are charged 10% GST (Goods & Services Tax).
- All Australian wholesale orders must have a valid ABN (Australian Business Number).
- If you do not have a valid ABN, then we cannot process your order
SHIPPING

- Shipping and handling costs are extra.
- Books will be shipped, worldwide, from the USA or the UK (whichever is cheaper depending on the exchange rate at the time) at standard book shipping rates
- The shipping rates tables are a only a guide and may change due to fluctuating GBP & USD dollar amounts and actual locations.
- Life Skills Australia is not responsible for damage or loss of any material during or due to shipping and handling
- Some countries may incur extra charges due to import duties and taxes. We declare the unit value in the order as the RRP
For shipping rates and periods. Wholesale clients are liable for all such import fees, taxes, duties etc.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
- We no not accept book returns for unsold stock
- Once PayPal transaction has been processed we ship immediately and cannot refund your orders unless the wrong item has been shipped or the item is faulty
